Below is a short description of services offered.  Each service is uniquely catered to you by taking in mind your wants and needs.

We accept “Flex Plan”- “Master Medical” and “Checkbook accounts” if your insurance offers these payments.  We are currently working on being able to take insurance – please call for more information and to see if your insurance is accepted.

Swedish Massage
This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.

Prenatal Massage
Potential benefits may include reduced back pain & joint pain, improved circulation, reduced edema, reduced muscle tension & headaches, reduced stress & anxiety, improved oxygenation of soft tissues and muscles, better sleep.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries.

Drops of Vitality
Essential oils are used to bring structural and electrical alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. It helps align the energy centers of the body that are blocked, without using hard pressure.

Trigger point massage
This massage focuses on areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse.
